Yellow Cab Cooperative is pleased to offer the largest fleet of wheelchair accessible mini-vans in San Francisco.

Our Yellow Ramp Taxis meet all ADA and Department of Transportation requirements for wheelchair accessible vehicles. Vans can accommodate wheelchair users and have four comfortable seats for extra passengers. Ramp Taxis feature ramps that allow the driver to assist the wheelchair user into the vehicle. The vehicles are equipped with safety restraint systems consisting of an "in the floor tie down system" and a unique seat belt system designed to keep our wheelchair clients safe.

 The cabs are plainly marked with the international wheelchair symbol so they are easily recognizable. The signs are on the side panels and on the rear window of each vehicle.Each van is equipped with an electric passenger side door on each side and an electric ramp. The drivers of these vehicles have been trained in all of the proper usage of these features and can assist you when entering and exiting the cab. |

| Paratransit Discount Scrip
Paratransit Discount Scrip provides discount transportation services to qualified persons with disabilities that are unable to use public fixed route transportation such as MUNI. The Paratransit broker can issue a discounted scrip accepted at all cabs for disabled and seniors. A certification is required and the form may be requested from the San Francisco Paratransit Broker at 415-351-7000, TDD 415-351-3942 |
